Rammenta Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Rammenta, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Rammenta is a voice-first memory app for iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch that records, transcribes, summarizes, and helps you recall audio, notes, and connected accounts. Rammenta runs as a cloud service: your content is processed and stored in our cloud to power transcription, recall, and AI features.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be of the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not use Rammenta to violate law or others' rights. You will only record, upload, or connect content you have the right to process, and you are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record other people.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of your recordings, transcripts, notes, and connected data. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service and provide features to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Connected Accounts (Gmail, iMessage)

Connecting third-party accounts is optional and governed by those providers' terms. Our use of Google data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Subscriptions & Billing
